Constance Robinson
Constance has extensive experience being successful in the marketing position for different companies. This includes the company where she is currently employed that serves adults with intellectual disabilities. Constance is extremely creative and talented. Using her artistic abilities she designed the logo for the foundation. She is bright, dynamic and loving.

Chief Financial Officer

Hollie Hoyle
Hollie has spent her life working with the elderly population in nursing homes. For the past 32 years, she has been in the position of nursing home administrator. Hollie is known for taking care of the people she loves. Her family and friends would describe her as loving, funny, generous and thoughtful.

Chief Officer of Clinical Services
Dr. Katherine Ferrara, LCSW
Katherine has been practicing as a social worker for 30 years. Of that time, 16 years has been spent in private practice doing clinical social work. Katherine has studied with the Centers for Deployment Psychology, the Beck Institute and other credentialed training facilities to become proficient in leaning how to apply efficacious treatment methods to treat trauma. Trauma comes from different sources, such as from childhood abuse, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and also combat related, to name a few. Katherine joined the foundation to have the opportunity to give back to the men and women who have given so much to serve our country.

Secretary
Cindy Pugh
Cindy lives in Illinois. She has been a hairdresser for 32 years. She makes people feel good about themselves and knows their self-worth. Cindy became interested in being part of the foundation so she could help those who served our country. Her father was a World War II veteran, and PTSD was never addressed for those who served so long ago. Her nephews suicide makes this foundation so very near and dear to her heart.

Sara Varner
With a background in hospitality, customer service, a county board member, and real estate, Sara strives to make a difference in the community and lives of others. Being a parent to five children, she is compassionate, understanding and highly motivated to help in every aspect she can. Sara tries hard to be humble, have a positive attitude and possess respectable core values.

Eric Adams
Eric lives in New Jersey and works for the post office. He is also a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician. Eric became interested in doing work for the foundation because he believes we as a country have a duty to care for our veterans just as they took care of us by defending our freedoms.
